Collect contacts and applications with a form
Application forms gather information from interested visitors. They are useful for enquiries and qualification, not proof of payment.
Step by step
- Choose Create content → Collect applications.
- Explain the purpose of the form and what happens after submission, including how you intend to contact the person.
- Configure the available fields. Ask only for the information needed to handle the enquiry.
- Review the labels and required fields, save the form and complete the publishing steps.
- Submit a non-sensitive test enquiry from the public page, then look for it under Customers & orders → Leads.
- Follow up using the contact details provided and respect the purpose for which the information was collected.
What happens next
Submitted enquiries can be reviewed separately from purchase orders.
Troubleshooting
If a lead is missing, check that the form submission completed and that you are viewing the correct account and filters. Do not collect passwords, card details or unnecessary identity documents through a general enquiry form.
