Build an online course with sections and lessons
A course groups learning material into an ordered structure. Complete the lesson content before asking learners to buy access.
Step by step
- Select Create content → Online course and enter the course title, cover and description.
- Explain the audience, learning outcomes, prerequisites and what is included. Set the price and required catalog fields.
- Add sections to divide the course into clear stages or topics.
- Add lessons inside each section. Choose the available lesson format and supply its video, file, text or other required material.
- Arrange sections and lessons in the intended order. Preview the material, and check any free-preview or access options before saving.
- Review the full course, confirm the required declarations and publish or submit it. Check its status in All content afterward.
What happens next
Learners will see the published course and its organized learning material according to their access rights.
Troubleshooting
An empty section does not deliver a lesson. When publishing is blocked, check required fields and whether lessons have usable content. If a lesson is inaccessible, check enrollment and preview/access settings instead of sharing protected media URLs.
