Choose the right content format
The creation screen offers separate workflows for a digital product, an online course, a link or media, and an application form.
Step by step
- Open Content & services → Create content.
- Choose Digital product when the buyer should receive downloadable files such as a guide, template or eBook.
- Choose Online course for structured sections and lessons with a learning area.
- Choose Link or media when the item should direct visitors to an external website, community or media destination.
- Choose Collect applications when you need a form to gather contact details and answers rather than a paid content delivery.
- Save a draft, check the format-specific fields, then follow the relevant publishing guide. Use Bookings or Bootcamps for those dedicated workflows.
What happens next
The editor matches the outcome you want visitors to have after opening or purchasing the item.
Troubleshooting
If you selected the wrong format, return to the format selector and create the correct item rather than presenting an external link as an automatic file delivery. Availability of individual tools may depend on your account.
