Understand plans, credits and renewal
Plans & credits shows the offers and benefits available to your billing market. Read the current checkout rather than relying on an old price or promotion.
Step by step
- Open Analytics & finance → Plans & credits and check your current plan, remaining benefits and billing country.
- Compare the available plan periods and benefits. Confirm price, currency and whether payment is one-time or automatically recurring.
- Before paying, read the renewal consent and refund notice shown by checkout. Use only a payment method currently offered there.
- After payment, return to the order or subscription page and wait for verified payment status before expecting benefits to appear.
- For a recurring subscription, open its details to review the paid-through date, next payment and payment history. Use Refresh status if a confirmation is delayed.
- To stop future recurring payments, use Cancel renewal and confirm. Review the resulting state; cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments.
What happens next
You can see the verified subscription state and the benefits associated with the purchased period.
Troubleshooting
A provider approval screen alone does not prove a payment has settled. Credit expiry and allowances depend on the plan shown in your account. If benefits remain missing, send the order or subscription reference to support; do not repeatedly repurchase.
