Set up receiving details and request a payout
Payout settings identify where eligible creator funds should be sent. They are not a place to enter payment-gateway API secrets.
Step by step
- Open Analytics & finance → Payout settings.
- Enter the supported PayPal receiving account and account-holder name, or the bank details requested for your preferred payout route.
- Check spelling and account ownership carefully, then save. Do not enter a PayPal Client Secret, bank password or card security code.
- Open Payouts and review the balance, previous requests and the conditions shown by the request form.
- Submit an eligible request once and follow its status in the payout history.
- If details are wrong after submission, contact support with the request reference before creating another request.
What happens next
The payout team has the receiving details needed to process an eligible request.
Troubleshooting
Saving bank details does not mean a payout has already been sent. Sales totals, withdrawable balance and completed payouts can differ. Use the status shown in the payout record rather than assuming an arrival date.
