Add an external link or media destination
Link items take visitors to another destination. Make that destination and its purpose clear before publishing.
Step by step
- Choose Create content → Link or media.
- Enter a descriptive title, image and explanation of what the visitor will open.
- Paste the complete destination URL, including https://. Use a public destination that you control or are authorized to promote.
- Disclose affiliate or other commercial relationships in the description when applicable.
- Save, complete the required publication checks, and open the published link on mobile and desktop.
What happens next
Visitors can identify the destination and follow the link from your store.
Troubleshooting
A private or deleted destination may work for you but not for visitors. Test while signed out. An external site has its own access and payment process; do not promise VIKOC file delivery for a simple redirect.
