Buy in Marketplace and find your delivery
Marketplace contains additional products and services listed by the platform. Read each listing because delivery may be automatic or handled by an administrator.
Step by step
- Open Marketplace and review the description, price, stock, delivery method and refund notice before buying.
- For an available item, select Buy now and complete the payment flow offered on the order page.
- Wait for payment verification. Do not treat closing the payment window as confirmation or place repeated orders while the first is pending.
- Open My orders in Marketplace and view the order details.
- For automatic delivery, read the assigned private material in that order. For manual delivery, follow the stated instructions and order status.
- If delivery is missing after confirmed payment, contact support with the Marketplace order reference. Keep private account or digital-delivery details confidential.
What happens next
Confirmed purchases can be followed from their Marketplace order records.
Troubleshooting
Stock may be reserved temporarily while an order is unpaid; use the expiry time shown on that order. An automatically assigned inventory item belongs to that order, so do not expect a second allocation by repeatedly reopening the page.
