Find your way around Creator Studio
The workspace separates content, customers, finance and store presentation. Start with the task you want to complete.
Step by step
- Use Overview for recent activity and items that need attention. Check the date range before comparing figures.
- Open Content & services for All content, new content, bookings, schedules and available creation tools.
- Use Customers & orders for sales records and submitted leads; a lead is not a paid order.
- Use Analytics & finance for sales, store visits, payouts, receiving details and Plans & credits.
- Use Store settings for profile, design, video links and files. Use View store to see the public result.
- Open Help from the sidebar for guides, or Marketplace for platform-listed additional products and services.
What happens next
You can locate the screen for each task without changing unrelated settings.
Troubleshooting
Some screens depend on your account permissions or available features. If an item is missing, record its name and contact support; do not use an administrator URL with a creator account.
