Publishing Rules and Responsibility Statement

1. Copyright and permissions
You must own or hold valid permissions necessary to publish, sell, reproduce, display and deliver your content, including text, images, music, video, fonts, software, trademarks, likenesses and quoted material. Do not distribute pirated material, misappropriate work or trade secrets, or resell assets beyond their licence. Keep evidence of ownership and permission. AI-generated content remains subject to these obligations.
2. Prohibited content and global compliance
Do not publish or trade illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, pornography or sexual exploitation, any sexual content involving minors, terrorism or incitement to violence, hatred or persecution targeting religious or other groups, fraud, unlawful gambling, malware, stolen data, or other unlawful goods or services. War, religion, politics and other sensitive topics must comply with applicable laws and published platform rules; educational, artistic or news labels do not excuse violations. Follow applicable licensing, import/export, sanctions, advertising and sector rules in your operating and target markets. Do not evade geographic or eligibility restrictions.
3. Accurate information and claims
Titles, descriptions, prices, languages, delivery methods, examples and credentials must be accurate, clear and not misleading. Do not fabricate earnings, reviews, sales, discounts or scarcity, or guarantee learning, employment, investment or health outcomes. Hold required professional qualifications and do not present general information as individual professional advice. Review generated text, translations and suggested copy before publication.
4. Delivery, refunds and taxes
Clearly describe deliverables, permitted use, compatibility, delivery times, service scope and limitations. Fulfil your commitments and handle support, refunds and disputes. Digital delivery does not automatically remove statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Disclose recurring charges, billing periods and cancellation for subscriptions; do not use misleading buttons. Fees, settlement and payments follow the applicable disclosed platform agreements. Meet your tax and reporting obligations.
5. Privacy, data and security
Do not disclose personal, private or confidential information without a lawful basis. Collect and use customer data only with required notices, a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards, for stated lawful purposes. Do not distribute malicious code, phishing links or requests to disclose account or payment information. The Privacy Policy explains the platform’s processing of personal data.
6. Platform role and review limits
VIKOC provides publishing, store and transaction-support tools. Creators remain responsible for their content and services except where the platform expressly acts as a contracting party. Automated or human review, recommendations, translation, listing or approval do not certify ownership, legality, quality, suitability or earnings, or endorse every viewpoint. The platform retains review, response and other duties that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.
7. Limited permission to operate the platform
You retain your rights and grant the platform a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, technically process, display and deliver content to authorised buyers only as necessary to provide the service you use. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrestricted standalone resale of your work. After removal, permission continues only as reasonably necessary to fulfil existing orders, retain legally required records, maintain backups and resolve disputes.
8. Enforcement, complaints and appeals
For violations, rights complaints or security risks, the platform may require changes, refuse publication, limit visibility, remove content or restrict relevant services under applicable law and published rules. Measures should be proportionate, with reasons and a contact or appeal route where lawful and compatible with investigations. Do not fabricate permissions, make abusive complaints or evade checks. Rights holders may use Contact us to provide a content link, evidence of rights and contact details; publishers may provide permission or other relevant evidence. Records may be retained and supplied to competent authorities as legally required.
9. Liability limits and non-excludable duties
To the extent lawful and reasonable, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability of third-party systems or external links, or traffic, orders, income or commercial results. Each party should reasonably mitigate loss and bears responsibility under applicable law for loss attributable to its own breach, infringement or fault. No limitation excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact. This statement is not a blanket exclusion of platform liability.
10. Governing law, disputes and updates
VIKOC is operated by an entity in Hong Kong, China. This statement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without removing non-waivable rights under laws applicable where a user is located or the jurisdiction of competent authorities. Contact us first to seek resolution; unresolved matters may be taken to a competent court or body. This statement supplements the platform Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy; mandatory law prevails. Material updates will be versioned and presented for confirmation before later publication, without retrospectively changing existing transactions. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
